Drake Snyder #913
Here's the short version. I'm 11 years old and was born in Fayetteville, NC. I am a 6th grader at Horizons Elementary School in Lacey, WA. I'm a brat (miltary that is), so I got a late start riding and racing motorcycles. Not that it's a bad thing since we were stationed in Germany for three years. My dad is still in and getting close to retirement which means we're going to Florida, I can't wait for that (neither can my mom, she loves the sunshine). Right now I'm in Washington state which is where I got my start. I like it here because of all the friends I've made and the tracks are cool, plus we're pretty close to my grandparents in Oregon.
Right now I have three bikes (all Kawasaki) and race in two different classes. I race a KX65 in the 65 age and a KX85 in 85 age. Next year I would like to move to some different classes like the Supermini and maybe do some open racing. I got to go race in Las Vegas this year which was the biggest event so far and it was way cool until I got a concussion the day before my last race.
In August 2006 I lacerated my liver and bruised my pancreas. It put me in the hospital for a week and out of racing for three months. I had some great doctors and got to meet some of the Miami Heat Cheerleaders (HOT). I'm doing better but really missed racing.
